SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

Goods can be despatched worldwide however we only have preset options for certain destinations so please contact us for any overseas orders. 

Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price.

Delivery will be either Royal Mail or Courier Service. PLEASE SUPPLY A MOBILE NUMBER.

If alternative arrangements or a request is made for delivery (e.g: Leave in the porch...), then it is at the customer's risk, AV Brand will not accept any liability for lost or missing goods.

 

Delivery Times

Subject to availability we will ship your order within two working days Monday to Friday, (Bank Holidays excluded). We will send you a notification email when your order has been sent for dispatch. Please allow 3-5 full working days from the date of the notification email for the consignment to reach you.

If you do not receive your goods after 5 working days please contact us and we will put a trace on the order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

AV Brand requires a payment to be received in full before shipping to the Client except where agreed at AV Brands own discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Items must be returned as sold, AV Brand will only  accept items that have not been used, altered or worn are in good condition and in the original packaging (with your customer advice note).
 

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund the purchase or send you a replacement as AV Brand sees fit.

If you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.

Any guarantee from AV Brand is in addition to your statutory rights.
